Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Traded Inc. (“Traded,” “we,”or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use traded.gg and our related services (the “Services”). It also describes choices and rights that may be available to you.

This Policy does not govern a third party’s independent practices, including a marketplace, wallet provider, blockchain network, social login provider, or site linked from the Services. Review those parties’ policies before using their services.

Depending on how you use Traded, we may collect:

• Account and profile information, such as your account identifier, email address, linked Google or X account information, username, display name, avatar, and referral relationship.
• Wallet and blockchain information, such as public wallet addresses, token balances, transaction hashes, signatures, transfers, and onchain activity. Public blockchain data remains publicly accessible independently of Traded.
• Marketplace and collecting activity, such as purchases, sales, listings, carts, connected portfolios, pack openings, buybacks, collection items, outbound marketplace clicks, and transaction receipts.
• Rewards and event information, such as points, lifetime totals, quest progress, streaks, referrals, leaderboard position, event entries, eligibility, claims, and prizes.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, interactions, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, diagnostics, and security logs.
• Communications, including support requests, feedback, reports, and other messages you send us.

Please do not send us private keys, seed phrases, government identifiers, or other information we do not request.

We collect information from you; from your browser or device; from authentication, wallet, hosting, analytics, database, and infrastructure providers; from marketplaces and collecting platforms you use through Traded; from public blockchains and public sources; and from other users, such as when someone uses your referral link.

We use personal information to:

• provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services;
• create and secure accounts and wallets, authenticate users, and associate connected wallets with an account;
• process or facilitate purchases, sales, pack openings, transfers, buybacks, points, referrals, event entries, and prizes;
• display profiles, collections, public wallet information, activity, and leaderboards according to the product’s settings;
• calculate estimates, analytics, eligibility, progress, and service performance;
• communicate service, transaction, security, support, and promotional messages where permitted;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; and
• comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and protect users, Traded, and others.

Where law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you; for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services; to comply with legal obligations; and with your consent where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

We may disclose information to:

• Service providers that support authentication, embedded wallets, databases, hosting, analytics, communications, security, and customer support;
• Marketplaces, sellers, wallet providers, and blockchain participants when needed to complete an action you request;
• Other users and the public when information is part of a public profile, leaderboard, collection, referral identity, marketplace listing, or public blockchain;
• Professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or address a legal claim; and
• Transaction counterparties in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not currently sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates a legal right to opt out of a sale or sharing, we will provide the required notice and control.

Usernames, avatars, public collections, leaderboard information, public wallet addresses, and activity you choose to make public may be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. Removing information from Traded does not remove copies held by others or information recorded on a public blockchain.

Blockchain records are designed to be immutable. We generally cannot alter or delete information written to a blockchain. Where appropriate, we may instead remove an association from our own systems or interface.

We and our providers use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and cart state, secure the Services, understand usage, and measure performance. We use analytics services, which may receive device and interaction information under their own terms.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking required storage may prevent account, wallet, cart, or security features from working. Where applicable, we will honor legally required consent and opt-out signals.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain transaction and rewards records, secure the platform, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, the sensitivity and risk involved, and applicable legal requirements. Public blockchain data is not controlled by our retention practices.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and security monitoring. No system, transmission, wallet, or storage method is completely secure. Protect your credentials and devices, never disclose a seed phrase or private key, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; and to appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

Submit a request to legal@traded.gg. Describe your request and the account involved. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to proof of authorization. You may also update certain profile and wallet settings directly in the Services.

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described above: identifiers; customer records and commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation; user-generated content; and inferences used to operate and personalize the Services. We collect these categories from the sources and for the business purposes described in this Policy and disclose them to the recipient categories described above.

California residents may exercise applicable rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about collection and disclosure, subject to statutory exceptions. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Traded and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers. Mandatory rights available in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Services, law, or our practices. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required.
